What this is, and what it isn't
Housing Intelligence is a data system. It helps your staff assemble, analyze, and document the housing information that local planning work and SB24-174 requirements depend on.
It does not produce your jurisdiction's housing needs assessment for you, and it is not a determination of compliance. Your staff, your consultants, and DOLA remain the parties who author, review, and accept that work. What the dashboard changes is how much of it starts from scratch.
