LandFit

Can this parcel support what you're trying to do?

LandFit screens a site before you commit money to it — constraints, hazards, utilities, access, and ownership in one pass, with a report you can hand to a partner, a lender, or a board.

Why screen first

The expensive way to learn a parcel won't work is to find out late — after the offer, the survey, or the first round of drawings. Most of what disqualifies a site is knowable early from public data; it is just scattered across agencies and formats. LandFit pulls that into a single screening pass so a site can be ruled in or out while it is still cheap to walk away.

What it screens

One parcel, six angles, one report.

Development constraints

Zoning and the practical limits on what a parcel can carry — surfaced before you are deep into due diligence.

Hazards

Wildfire hazard from USFS data, flood exposure, and terrain risk, scored so parcels can be compared.

Utilities

Whether the services a project depends on are present, nearby, or a problem to solve.

Access

How the site is reached, and what that implies for what can be built there.

Ownership information

Who holds the parcel, so the conversation starts with the right party.

Permit complexity

An early read on how involved the approval path is likely to be.
